Recipe: Easy Samboxas & Samosas

This video is kind of rough... forgive me!  This was the first time filming with that camera in the kitchen and it gets a little shaky.  Just a FYI you might get dizzy lol.

Samboxas, Samosas... whatever you call them, everyone loves them.  My samboxas recipe is very easy and delicious.  A lot of people make Samboxas with parsley and ground beef but I personally prefer the carrot/onion/ground beef mixture much better.  In the end, there are no rules as to what you can stuff them with... so use your imagination!

Samboxas/Samosas Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
2 carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil (for frying)

Really enjoy watching these videos, I get to learn about other cultures :P
I was watching 'Ooey Gooey Butter Cake' & I was wondering what the measurement was for the butter you used. I'd love to try it out during the weekend.

  2. Woopz, I just found out that a "stick of butter" equals to 4 ounces, haha ... we don't really use these terms in Asia :P
